Mint Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:
1 Tsp Creme De Menthe Extract (Mint Extract, Peppermint or Spearmint)
2/3 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Light Corn Syrup
6-8 Drops Green Food Coloring (Any other color works too)
Yield: 1 Cup, Creme De Menthe Syrup (To be used in place of mint liquors.)

Items you will need:
Liquid Measuring Cup
Wire Whisk or Fork
Directions:
1. Measure 2/3 Cup of Water.
2. Add Light Corn Syrup until measuring cup shows 1 cup total. (1/3 cup)
3. Add 6-8 drops of green food coloring.
4. Add 1 Tsp of Creme De Menthe Extract, Then stir until well mixed.
Separated before mixing.
After Mixing, no separation.
Your Creme De Menthe Syrup is ready to use!
*Tip/Trick* If the recipe you made it for does not use it all, store it in a small bottle and use as an ice cream topping. This does not need to be refrigerated so put it in the pantry!
