I have had all kinds of marinades and non of them quite fit the ticket for me. So I decided to make up my own (for "The Big Boss"). Using what I know about marinades I was able to whip this one up after a few tries, and it is PERFECT! If I might say so myself.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Fresh Cracked Pepper (Regular Ground Pepper will work too, just not quite the same.)
Yield: Approximately 1 cup of marinade
Preparation Time: 5 mins
Marinade Time: 4 - 24 hours (The longer the stronger the flavor)
Items you will need:
Mixing bowl
Wire Whisk
1-2 Gallon Zip lock Bags
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl with wire whisk.
2. *Tip/Trick* Normally marinade recipes have you add the meat directly into the bowl which I find makes it difficult to cover all sides of the meat. Instead put your meat into a gallon Zip Lock bag, then pour the marinade into the bag and push all the air out.
These are 4 small steaks and as you can see even they cannot all go under the liquid.
Instead, add your steaks to a gallon Zip Lock bag.
Add the Marinade and press out all the bubbles you can.
3. Put your bag(s) into the refrigerator to marinade for 4 to 24 hours.
The flavor added by this marinade is exquisite. It also works for Chicken, Pork or whatever else you want to flavor nicely for grilling.
ENJOY!!! And visit often!
